Do you need help? Has the COVID-19 pandemic negatively impacted your life? Were you struggling prior to the COVID-19 pandemic? At the Health & Welfare Council of Long Island, we recognize that this past year has been difficult for so many Long Islanders. Often, you may be struggling with more than one concern or issue and need help getting resources, referrals, and information.

Our NEW PROGRAM — Community Response Collaborative — was created to help our clients access the resources and services they need. If you need help finding any of the services listed on our flyer, we encourage you to fill out our form below. To Our Community Based Organizations:

As COVID-19 surged throughout the region over the last year and half, the pandemic took a tremendous toll on Long Island families, businesses, and individuals living in under-served and under-resourced communities. As a result of these hardships, people are in desperate need of assistance.

At HWCLI, we are excited to announce we will be part of the solution by working with other community-based organizations to build a coordinated network of resources & referrals to address a multitude of health, economic, and social care needs for our Long Island populations.

Although this pandemic has exposed tremendous inequities, injustice, and devastation throughout our region, the HWCLI Resource & Referral collaborative will be our opportunity to create better systems together though coalitions and connections and ensure all people of Long Island are receiving the services they need. Join us in being part of the solution.

    Let’s Help Together!

If you are interested in learning more, sharing what you do for our community, and being part of our network of resources and referrals, please fill out the form. We will get in touch and set up a time to talk by zoom meeting.
