The Health & Welfare Council of Long Island was happy to host our NYS Budget Debrief on Thursday May 25th at 11:00AM via Zoom. This briefing presented by Nathan Gusdorf, Executive Director of the Fiscal Policy Institute and Dr. Emily Eisner, Economist of the Fiscal Policy Institute, addressed the major fiscal and policy aspects of the NYS Budget legislation for fiscal year 2024.
